4th Annual PSA Contest Winner Announced!
Children’s Hospital of Illinois in association with the Illinois Department of Transportation-Division of Traffic Safety is announcing the 4th Annual Be a Buckle Buddy! Public Service Announcement (PSA) Contest winner - David Sutton. David is originally from Sidney, Illinois and is a student at Illinois State University. David's entry "Buckle Up for Safety" was selected by a panel of judges. As the winner, David will receive a cash prize and his entry will be played for one year on radio stations throughout the state.

Second place in this year's contest went to Monica Becker of Eastern Illinois University. Third place went to Joseph Brand of Illinois State University. Both students will receive a certificate and cash prize.
